Shipping & Refund Policy
Within 30 days of purchase, if the product doesn't fit your needs or live up to your expectations, feel free to send it back to us and we'll issue a full refund. To be eligible, make sure your item hasn't been worn, has all the original packaging and tags and is in the same condition that it was sent out.
E. Lane Traders offer credits and exchanges on all full price purchases. Should you need to exchange your purchase, please ensure returns are made within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Returned merchandise must be in original condition and with all tags attached. Garments must not have been used. Please note that SALE items are final and we do not offer any exchanges or refunds.
Australia Post and DHL are our providers and work extremely hard to get all deliveries to our customers as quickly as possible, however at times there may be some situations that can cause unavoidable delays.
Shipping Within Australia
Standard Shipping: $12.00 | 2-6 business days
International Express: $25.00 | 5-10 business days
When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Unfortunately, E. Lane Traders cannot be held responsible for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please note that customers that elect to not pay custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees are ineligible for a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and of the status of your requested refund.
When your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
